Poison Pie showed Eugenia the way back to her uncles' tower. All that night, Eugenia debated the question back and forth. Learning sorcery seemed, by far, the most interesting thing the forest had to offer. On the following day, Eugenia again wandered into forest. When she was good and lost, Poison Pie found her. "I accept your proposition," said Eugenia. "Then follow me to my home," said Poison Pie, "and we shall begin at once."
