This book is dedicated to Hans Reichel (1946-2011), inventor and experimental musician, who created the ideal soundtrack for the reading of this book in his daxophone operettas, "Shanghaied On Tor Road" (FMP Records, 1992) and "Yuxo" (a|l|l, 2002).
